The copyright on all original/custom artwork, maps, navigation elements, presentation methods and design elements included in our web sites is held exclusively by Turnuva Travel.

Photographic images are reproduced with the permission of Turnuva and the product and/or service providers represented on the web site, or as shown where necessary to satisfy the copyright obligations associated with their electronic reproduction.

Where joint copyright is held over proprietary text or images, Turnuva reserves the right to pursue all copyright infringements on behalf of the primary copyright holder. Where the copyright for a photographic image is held exclusively by a third party under licence, Turnuva Travel reserves the right to vigorously protect the copyright of those images on behalf of the third party.

All HTML files used in Turnuva web sites are declared to be proprietary software product developed for use by Turnuva only, and as such are subject to international intellectual property conventions.

Turnuva aim is to operate all tours as advertised accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions or any other reason.

Turnuva reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, accommodations, services or prices described in our brochure or online and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value or charge a supplement locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made, without compensation to the Client and accepts no liability to the Client whatsoever for costs or loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes.

Where a major change is made prior to departure, the Client will have the choice of either: accepting another tour of equivalent or superior standard; or a choice of specified travel arrangements of a lower standard to those previously booked together with a refund of the difference in price; or cancelling the tour and obtaining a full refund.

The definition of the “major change” is a change that is reasonably required but will depend on the individual tour and circumstances.
